We experience different sensations in our body all day long. You can compare these sensations to clouds in a blue sky. Sometimes there's hardly anything going on and other times there's a big thunderstorm. Whatever happens or not happens, the sky is still there. We are the sky, but we think we are the sensations. We get so caught up in those sensations we forget who we really are.
I recorded a meditation for you to help you feel & allow these sensations and remind yourself of your true identity.
